30-Day Returns

Return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

Fast Refunds

Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Defect Coverage

Damaged or defective? Full refund or replacement — no return required.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Not a final sale item (see below).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Any relevant photos (especially for damaged or defective items)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges (if any were applied) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Sale Items

Final Sale

Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale item purchases are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. In these cases:

  • You are eligible for a full refund or replacement — your choice.
  • You do not need to return the item. We may ask for photos to document the damage or defect.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

International Returns

International Orders

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or import duties. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
