Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders with no minimum purchase required.

Standard estimated delivery for domestic orders is 7–14 business days. Because our products ship directly from our global suppliers, delivery times are longer than traditional domestic warehouses — but you always get the best prices and free shipping.

Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a missing order.

TrendHaul is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about potential duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking status.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.

Claims submitted after 30 days of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
